SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Town of Penfield, NY, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role includes performing hazardous waste management and operating cleaning equipment.
Preferred qualifications include 3-6 months of training or experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols. The position offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with competitive pay of $17.00 – $18.00 per hour.
The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the position.
No specific education requirement; 3‑6 months training or experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to have a valid driver’s license; completed all safety and task training certifications; forklift certification may be required.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
