JOB TYPE: Part-Time, Non-exempt

HOURLY RATE: $17.00 per hour

The Custodian will support our mission by maintaining cleanliness and safety at our facilities, primarily in New Windsor, NY, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional assignments at other locations. Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning supplies and submit requests as needed.
• Sweep and mop tiled floors three times a week.
• Vacuum carpets and common areas.
• Empty trash bins daily.
• Clean bathrooms and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean windows and hard-to-reach areas on a bi-weekly schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
