Responsibilities

  • Manage school, group, birthday party, and special event bookings from start to finish.

  • Maintain reservation systems, booking calendars, and guest records.
  • Prepare attendance forecasts, booking reports, and revenue updates.
  • Support promotional events, familiarization tours, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and leadership team.
  • Organize contracts, invoices, employee files, and office documentation.
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Welcome vendors, applicants, guests, and visitors to backstage and office areas.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, job fairs, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.

What You\'ll Be Doing

As a key administrative partner, you\'ll support the leadership team while helping maintain an organized and professional workplace.

You'll:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and leadership team.
  • Maintain confidential employee, operational, and business records.
  • Organize contracts, invoices, employee files, and office documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, uniform inventory, breakroom supplies, and vendor orders.
  • Assist with purchase orders and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Welcome vendors, applicants, guests, and visitors to backstage and office areas.
  • Help maintain professional office spaces and team communication boards.
  • Ensure office equipment and technology resources are operating efficiently.
