Work Environment: The physical demands are classified as medium. You will be walking, standing for up to 4 hours, performing repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting, bending, and reaching, including above shoulder height, and working with cleaning chemicals. Interaction with customers and coworkers is continuous. Items lifted typically weigh 5–20 pounds, with occasional lifts up to 50 pounds. Moderate repetition and movement are involved, including twisting, bending, and pivoting. You may be exposed to allergens. The work environment is primarily indoors, with some outdoor exposure during seasonal weather. Basic tools include cleaning supplies, balers, and compactors. Preferred experience includes customer service in food service, restaurant, grocery, or retail settings, as well as custodial/janitorial work.
