Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim trees and flowers, rake leaves, and keep sidewalks clean.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, cleaning windows, and sanitizing restrooms to maintain hygiene standards.
• Trash and Recycling Management: Emptying trash bins, washing containers, and attending to recycling procedures.
• Minor Maintenance: Replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, repairing broken doors or furniture, and performing basic upkeep of building systems.
• Groundskeeping: Mowing lawns, trimming trees and flowers, raking leaves, and keeping sidewalks clean.
• Safety and Security: Inspecting fire alarms, smoke detectors, and HVAC systems, securing doors, and sometimes opening or closing buildings.
• Event Support: Assisting with setting up facilities for meetings, classes, or events.
