Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Custodian for Rydal Park in Jenkintown, PA. This full-time role runs 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with every other weekend (1:00 PM–9:00 PM).

The position pays $17–$19 per hour and involves cleaning resident homes, common areas, and dining spaces within the Life Plan Community. A successful candidate will have custodial or housekeeping experience, enjoy serving residents daily, and be available for occasional evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or housekeeping experience (preferred).
• Desire to work in an environment where you interact with residents daily.
• Availability may include evenings and some weekends.

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Custodian Full-time 8a-4p to join our team!

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas, such as resident homes, common areas, dining room and other locations in the community. You would perform cleaning duties and projects adhering to approved department cleaning procedures.

M-F with every other weekend (1p-9p). Rate range depending on experience: $17-$19

To be successful in the role, you would have:
