Job summary

Five Star Parks & Attractions is hiring a facilities technician to uphold a clean, welcoming environment across our 100,000+ square foot park. This role requires late nights or early mornings and physical activity such as walking, bending, and lifting.

You will perform cleaning duties, restock supplies, maintain restrooms, respond to calls, and help manage inventory. Prior cleaning experience is preferred; must be at least 18 and available nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have nights and/or weekend availability.
• Position requires walking, bending and lifting across a 100,000+ square foot building.
• Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Ensure cups and utensils are returned to bar/restaurant.
• Sweep and mop spills; wipe tables and stools.
• Respond to calls and assist guests as needed.
• Restrooms: restock supplies and clean.
• Dispose of trash and recycle; maintain inventory of cleaning products.

Job Summary: As a member of our facilities technician team, you would be responsible for upholding our clean and friendly environment that our facility prides itself on. This position requires late nights/early mornings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanly image
• Ensure all cups and eating utensils are returned to bar/restaurant
• Sweep/mop spills
• Wipe tables and stools as necessary
• Respond to any necessary calls
• Restrooms
  
• Refill paper products
• Dispose of trash
• General cleaning of all areas
• Ensure trash throughout site makes it to a receptacle
• Dispose of filled bags to dumpster
• Maintenance Closets
• Maintain an organized system
• Maintain running inventory of cleaning products on hand
• Order cleaning supplies with General Manager
• Ensure all windows and mirrors are free of smudges and marks
• Ensure all guests feel welcome
• Answer any basic questions that may arise or call for assistance
• Any additional responsibilities that may be given by management

Requirements:
