Role Description:

● Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, waxing, and scrubbing floors.
● Restroom Maintenance: Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms with supplies.
● Trash Removal: Gathering, emptying, and disposing of trash and recycling.
● Minor Maintenance: Performing tasks like changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and reporting larger repairs.
● Safety and Security: Ensuring the building is safe and secure, including checking for safety hazards and reporting any
issues.
● Supply Management: Managing and stocking cleaning supplies and equipment.
● Special Events: Setting up and preparing rooms for events and meetings.
● Grounds Maintenance: Depending on the employer, this may include tasks like mowing grass, shoveling snow, and
cleaning sidewalks.
