Quality Services for the Autism Community (QSAC), Inc. seeks a dedicated School Custodian for their Douglaston Preschool. This part-time role is essential for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the school environment. The ideal candidate will possess maintenance skills, a commitment to safety, and a focus on detail.
QSAC is a New York City and Long Island based nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism, together with their families, in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services. QSAC pursues this mission through direct services that provide a supportive and individualized setting for children and adults with autism to improve their communication, socialization, academic, and functional skills.
Job Summary
If you take pride in cleanliness, organization and safety then you may be a fit to work in our Douglaston Preschool as a part of the QSAC team! The School Custodian is responsible for upholding the safety and appearance of the physical school location in Douglaston, NY.
This is a part time position.
The salary range for this position is $17.50-$21.00 an hour.
Driver license highly preferred.
