Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a dependable Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors at a New Haven, IN facility.

Hours are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with a pay rate of $20.52 per hour. The role involves daily custodial tasks and light maintenance to meet district cleaning and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas of the building, including classrooms, hallways, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, stairwells, lounges, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and disinfect floors and other surfaces according to district standards.
• Operate and properly maintain custodial equipment, including floor scrubbers, I-mops, vacuums, carpet extractors, and other cleaning equipment.
• Safely mix, handle, and use cleaning chemicals according to established procedures.
• Dust furniture, windowsills, ledges, equipment, and high surfaces.
• Clean interior and exterior windows, mirrors, doors, and glass panels.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
