Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Custodian to oversee cleanliness of the facility in a manufacturing environment, adhering to strict health and safety policies and GMPs.

The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience, be able to sit, stand, kneel and perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 lbs. The role supports production by coordinating with departments and maintaining sanitation schedules. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Cresco offers major medical, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

JOB SUMMARY

The Custodian role is responsible for overall housekeeping and cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate must have cleaning experience and must have worked in an operation with strict health and safety policies and procedures. Experience working in food production or similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand, kneel, and/or perform repetitive actions with their hands for long periods of time.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities and other duties as assigned, including but not limited to sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, changing floor pads, bathrooms, locker rooms, refrigerators, etc.
• Ensure all rooms are cared‑for and inspected according to company or regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure no disruption to production.
• Create an appropriate cleaning schedule based on the needs of the facility.
• Record and update sanitation schedule.
• Suggest improvements and review progress with department leads regularly.
• Ensure cleaning/sanitation supplies are stocked and available for use when needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

PAY RANGE

$17 - $17 USD
