Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners seeks a Custodian for the winter season at Pajarito Mountain in Los Alamos, NM. The role covers cleaning and maintaining on-mountain restrooms and dining areas, with support for snow removal when needed and trash removal to keep dining spaces tidy.

Daytime shifts are required with weekday, weekend, and some holiday availability. You must lift up to 50 lbs., work well in a team, and follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the attraction, this includes daily upkeep of all public and team memberareas
• Empties, cleans, and lines waste receptacles and disposes of trash
• Washes doors, windows andwalls
• Safely cleans and mops spills
• Cleans and disinfects restrooms including floors, walls, fixtures, and mirrors
• Restocks restroom supplies as necessary
• Reports on the need for maintenance and repair
• Observes safe working practices, including maintaining storage areas in a safe condition
• Corrects or reports any safety or fire hazards
• Safely operates a variety of custodian tools, equipment, and supplies
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
