Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners is hiring a Custodian for the Winter 2026/2027 season at Brian Head Resort. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining restrooms and guest spaces to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

You will handle sweeping, mopping, restocking supplies, and communicating supply needs with supervisors. This seasonal position requires weekend and night availability and physical stamina for extended shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred.
• Able to work independently with safety in mind.
• Comfortable standing and performing physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe surfaces for neatness.
• Manage restock of supplies and report shortages.
• Assist with waste disposal and communication with supervisors.

Join our Custodial team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. Custodians are essential to the guest experience, helping maintain safe, tidy, and sanitary Resort facilities throughout the day.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, dining areas, and other high-traffic guest spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces to keep all areas neat and presentable.
• Monitor and refill the restroom and cleaning supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Empty trash and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Communicate with supervisors about maintenance needs or supply shortages.
• Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:

• Can work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Has strong attention to detail and values cleanliness and safety.
• Is able to stand, kneel, and move for extended periods.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Is available to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed.
