Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa is seeking a custodian to perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, and restrooms maintenance. The role involves moving furniture and operating floor care machines, while following safety guidelines and maintaining equipment. Candidates should be able to read and follow written instructions and work in varied conditions.

The position requires 0–6 months of related experience or training and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Operates floor care machinery including vacuums and extractors.
• Follows safety practices and procedures.

Job DescriptionPerforms routine unskilled and semi-skilled manual work in custodian and labor activities. Work is performed within established procedures under both written and verbal instructions.
