Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct all cleaning duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors, and trash pickup and removal.
• Clean toilets/urinals, mirrors, walls, trash cans, arena seats, and dust furniture.
• Control housekeeping equipment such as brooms, mops, buckets, wringer, toilet brushes, garbage bags, push brooms, cleaning cloths, gloves, mask, and cleaning solutions.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, bend, climb stairs, and work at heights up to 21 stories.
• Experience with cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work in adverse conditions such as fumes, dust, noise, and wet floors.
• Potential to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of janitorial/custodial experience required.

Physical Demands

The job requires standing, walking, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. While performing duties, employees may move around the facility and work inside or outside during events.
