University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness across campus facilities. The role includes dusting, mopping, trash removal, and assisting with occasional moves. Shift runs 6:00 a.m.
to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, operating cleaning equipment, and working in varied temperatures.

The Division of Student Affairs’ role is to enhance and support students learning experience here at UWL. We work closely with faculty, staff, community members, alumni and most importantly, students to provide quality programs and services which promote learning, leadership, involvement, service, and the celebration of diversity. The Division includes several departments: Campus Child Center, Counseling and Testing, Student Health Center, Intercollegiate Athletics, Recreational Sports, Residence Life, Student Life, University Centers, and the Vice Chancellor & Dean of Students office. The staff of the Division is truly student-centered and concerned about the holistic development of the student.
This position is designed to assist with custodial coverage on the UW-La Crosse campus in the university centers. This position is responsible for daily cleaning including dusting, mopping, trash removal, and minor repair of equipment. In addition, this position will assist with moving projects which requires the ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Specific duties, areas of responsibility, work hours and schedule assigned on a position-by-position basis. This position works 1st shift, Wednesdays through Sundays from 6am-2:30pm. Days off are Mondays and Tuesdays. Weekend, nights and/or holiday hours may be required for some positions.
