Join our team as a Custodian and help maintain a clean and safe environment. The role involves the following responsibilities:

1. Cleaning assigned areas daily, including sweeping or vacuuming floors.
2. Washing desk tops daily.
3. Emptying garbage cans daily.
4. Cleaning window sills as scheduled.
5. Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms daily, ensuring soap and paper towel dispensers are filled and functional.
6. Performing optional duties such as carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, painting, changing lights, minor repairs, mowing, snow removal, and securing/unlocking doors, depending on the building.
7. Working weekends when required.
8. Reporting repair needs to the maintenance supervisor.
9. Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
