Provides a variety of cleaning duties and maintains the building to ensure the upkeep, neatness, and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis.
Ability to meet attendance requirements.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively.Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects.Ability to exert the physical energy required to perform the needed janitorial and maintenance work.Duties are performed standing and requires squatting, climbing, bending and walking. Any of the preceding duties may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of sitting.Extensive amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.).
Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to dirt, dust, disagreeable sights and/or odors, and various temperatures.
