Genesis Global Group is seeking a part-time custodian to maintain the cleanliness of offices and laboratory work areas in Hamilton, NJ. The role requires cleaning rest rooms, waste removal, stocking supplies, and maintaining lab and facility cleanliness to ensure a safe work environment.

• General cleaning for office and laboratory work areas.
• Cleaning facility rest rooms and utility areas.
• Emptying trash and recycling containers.
• Maintaining inventory of consumable supplies for lab and/or office personnel.
• Cleaning and sterilizing lab glassware and plastic ware. (Laboratory custodians only)
• Sweeping, mopping and/or vacuuming of hard-surface and carpeted floor covering.
• Maintaining cleanliness of eating areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness of exterior grounds and parking areas.
• Cleaning of core building features such as chandelier, fountains and stairwells.
• Assisting Facility Maintenance Technician with minor maintenance activities.
• Ensuring work environment is safe and free of clutter.
• Waxing and stripping floors as needed

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Genesis Global Group’s offices and common areas.

Schedule

Monday through Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm with the potential to work on the weekend.
