Genesis Investment Properties is seeking a part-time Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of offices and related facilities in Hamilton Township, NJ. The role covers office and laboratory areas, restrooms, and common spaces, with a schedule from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday, and potential weekend work.

• Restroom cleaning and utility areas.
• Maintain inventory of consumable supplies.
• Ensure safe, clutter-free work environment.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning for office and laboratory work areas.
• Cleaning facility rest rooms and utility areas.
• Emptying trash and recycling containers.
• Maintaining inventory of consumable supplies for lab and/or office personnel.
• Cleaning and sterilizing lab glassware and plastic ware. (Laboratory custodians only)
• Sweeping, mopping and/or vacuuming of hard-surface and carpeted floor covering.
• Maintaining cleanliness of eating areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness of exterior grounds and parking areas.
• Cleaning of core building features such as chandelier, fountains and stairwells.
• Assisting Facility Maintenance Technician with minor maintenance activities.
• Ensuring work environment is safe and free of clutter.
• Waxing and stripping floors as needed

Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Genesis Global Group’s offices and common areas.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm with the potential to work on the weekend.
