RSI Group (SmartCap) is seeking a Custodian to join our Fort Worth facility. You will maintain cleanliness in production areas, offices and restrooms, ensuring a safe and organized environment. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, and operating custodial equipment.

The role supports deep-clean projects and requires familiarity with cleaning chemicals and OSHA safety standards. Prior custodial experience is essential; a high school diploma is preferred, with experience in

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation across offices, restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms and production areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and industrial waste; restock supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer).
• Operate custodial equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, steamers).
• Support deep-cleaning projects and shutdowns when needed.
• Maintain supply inventory and report reordering needs to supervisor.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE; report safety or maintenance issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across our facility, including production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and offices.
