Pay Range

This range is provided by SBM Management Services, LP. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and all tasks on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
• Report incidents and hazards
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Use proper PPE and maintain a professional appearance
• Support shift leads and fill in during staff shortages
• Ensure customer satisfaction and communicate professionally

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver’s license (may be required)
• Completion of safety and task training certifications
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
• Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• 3-6 months of training or experience preferred; no specific education required
