Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm, with a pay rate of $25/hour based on experience. The company emphasizes benefits and growth through Towne University while ensuring a drug and background check if offered the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping/custodial for a residential property.
• Flawless attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right the first time.
• Cheerful attitude and strong communication skills.
• Capable of lifting and pushing 50 pounds and climbing stairs.
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hallways, stairs, shared areas, elevators, and garage area.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Dust furniture and fixtures.
• Polish stainless steel.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Take out trash and recycling daily.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and activity within the building.
