Uptown Rental Properties in Cincinnati is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented In-House Cleaner to join our Facilities team. You will help maintain the cleanliness of interior common areas and shared spaces to our high standards.

This full-time role involves completing janitorial work orders, traveling between properties, and keeping tools and supplies organized. A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Property Upkeep: Maintain interior cleanliness of common areas and shared spaces to Uptown’s high standards.
• Work Orders & Productivity: Complete janitorial service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Equipment & Supplies: Maintain cleaning tools and keep storage areas organized.
• Additional Responsibilities: Assist teammates, travel between properties, track work orders in internal systems.

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented In-House Cleaner to join our Facilities team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing janitorial service requests and maintaining the cleanliness of our properties to Uptown’s high standards.

• Full-time position
• Schedule may vary based on property needs and priorities

What You’ll Do

Cleaning & Property Upkeep (40%)

• Maintain cleanliness of interior common areas and shared spaces
• Ensure properties consistently meet Uptown’s standards

Work Orders & Productivity (30%)

• Complete assigned janitorial service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity

Equipment & Supplies (10%)

• Maintain cleaning vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Keep storage areas organized and stocked

Additional Responsibilities (20%)

• Assist team members with work orders as needed
• Travel between properties to complete tasks
• Use internal systems to track work order status and time
