Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness in our Sunnyside facility. The ideal candidate has cleaning experience and can follow GMP-style health and safety policies. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions for extended periods.

Responsibilities include sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, and coordinating with departments to avoid production disruption. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write to understand standard operating procedures.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to torso level.

• Ensure all rooms are cared-for and inspected according to company or regulatory standards.

• Ensure cleaning/sanitation supplies are stocked and available for use when needed.

JOB SUMMARY

The Custodian role is responsible for overall housekeeping and cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate must have cleaning experience and have worked in an operation with strict health and safety policies and procedures. Experience working in food production or similar manufacturing environment is preferred.Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities and other duties as assigned. Tasks including but not limitedto:sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, changing floor pads, bathrooms, locker room, refrigerators, etc.


• Ensure all rooms are cared-for and inspected according to company or regulatorystandards


• Coordination with departments to ensure no disruption toproduction


• Createappropriate cleaningschedule based on needs offacility


• Record and update Sanitationschedule


• Suggest improvements and review progress with department leadsregularly


• Ensure cleaning/sanitation supplies are stocked and available for use whenneeded

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Pay Range
