Job summary

YMCA of Southern Maine is seeking a part-time Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety across our Biddeford facility. Under the direction of the Facility Director, you will help provide a welcoming environment for members and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning, attending to routine maintenance, documenting activities, and ensuring OSHA safety practices. The role requires reliable, punctual individuals with basic math and computer skills, able to work evenings and weekends and pass a

• Sound decision-making skills; ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Capable of performing basic math calculations, including fractions and decimals.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Possess basic computer skills including email and the internet.
• A criminal background check is required.

Occupancy - Occ Support Part Time Manual Labor Biddeford, ME, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.00 Annually

This position will work under the direction of the Facility Director to ensure overall cleanliness and upkeep of our YMCA facility.

Schedule:

• Sunday 2:00pm-5:00pm and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:00pm-11:00pm

Complies with all OSHA safety practices, maintains familiarity with MSDS locations and information, and complies with all safety methods, utilizing procedures for chemical and workplace safety.
• Data Tracking & Documentation – Maintains accurate and consistent maintenance logs, inventory and completes all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
