Job summary

Tresco Inc. in Roswell, NM is seeking a Grounds Maintenance team member to mow, edge, and trim lawns, remove litter, and keep outdoor areas clean and welcoming.

You will operate outdoor equipment and assist with special projects while maintaining durable restrooms and entryways. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background, drug, and driving checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance.
• Remove litter and debris from grounds and pathways.
• Provide weed control and desert landscape maintenance.
• Operate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and more.
• Assist with special outdoor projects as assigned.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entryways.
• Replenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteries.
• Perform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor care.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable condition.
