Job summary

Rondout Valley Central School District seeks Custodial Worker Substitutes to support our facilities in the Accord area of New York. The role involves cleaning and minor maintenance to keep our schools safe and welcoming.

Duties include building cleaning and minor maintenance tasks with shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm as needed; NYSED fingerprint clearance is required. Rondout Valley Central School District is an equal opportunity employer.

Duties:

Building cleaning & minor maintenance tasks.

Salary:

$16/hour

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of building cleaning practices, materials and equipment; ability to understand and follow simple oral and/or written instructions; ability to get along well with others; willingness to perform routine cleaning and other manual tasks; thoroughness; dependability; physical condition commensurate to the demands of the position. NYSED Fingerprint Clearance.

Work Schedule:

Either 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm, as needed.
