Job summary

Job Description

Cleans and services public, academic and administrative areas asdirected by management. Executes tasks and assignments in athorough, professional manner to assure a clean, attractive, safeenvironment with minimal interference to others. Perform custodialduties in accordance with established standards and instruction.Takes immediate action to correct any situation, which detractsfrom the positive image of UT, or the attractive appearance of thefacilities.

Observe and respect all department and organizational policies andprocedures. Seek assistance in understanding any procedure orpolicy, which you have questions or concerns about. Work closelywith customers to assure resolution of environmental servicesproblems and attainment of environmental service goals. Treats eachvisitor, faculty member, student, and fellow employee withcourtesy, compassion and respect.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school Diploma, required

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
