Sherman's Inc. is hiring for a store associate role focused on upkeep, display readiness, and guest experience. You will maintain a clean showroom, prepare products for floor display, and assist with movement of furniture and appliances.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with store leadership to meet priorities and keep the showroom running smoothly.

Prepare Products for the Floor

Unpack, assemble, and prep furniture, appliances, and mattresses for display or delivery.

Support Product Movement

Receive deliveries from our Distribution Center and help move products safely throughout the store.

Stay Organized and Proactive

Identify areas that need attention and take initiative to keep displays, storage areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and ready for business.

Work Closely with Leadership

Communicate regularly with store managers and the merchandising team to understand priorities and keep the showroom running smoothly.
