Job summary

Bates College in Lewiston, ME, seeks a Custodial Training & Compliance Coordinator to lead training programs, audits, and SOP development for campus custodial services. You will collaborate with management to elevate cleaning standards and ensure regulatory compliance across facilities.

Qualifications

• Three years custodial maintenance experience.
• Experience in training and developing professional development programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Custodial Services Manager to develop SOPs and protocols for each campus building.
• Organize onboarding and training programs for new hires in accordance with procedures.
• Train staff in safe maintenance methods and ensure consistency across campus.
• Schedule regular custodial training events and ensure LMS course completion.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and SDS regulations and maintain records.
