Shift

2‑2‑3 schedule from 5:00 pm to 5:30 am.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean, dust, and wipe furniture.
• Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors and stairs.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets, trash containers, and cigarette urns.
• Refill restroom dispensers.
• Wash accessible interior and exterior windows.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and shower rooms following established practices.
• Strip, clean, buff, and apply floor sealer and finish to hard‑surface floors.
• Wash walls and equipment, using ladders when required.
• Assist with the movement of furniture, equipment, supplies, and tools on an incidental basis.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools—including buffers, auto‑scrubbers, extractors, high‑pressure washers, high‑speed buffers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees—for cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, and other surfaces.
• Support and enforce all applicable policies, including OSHA, EPA, GMP rules, and health and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Participate in training about MANE’s environmental commitments and apply this knowledge to job‑specific responsibilities.
• Engage in environmental awareness training to adhere to applicable policies and best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of custodial experience with industrial or construction backgrounds preferred.
• Experience in the flavor industry desired.
• Computer‑literate.
