Responsibilities

• Assist setting up equipment, tables, chairs for bingo sessions, workshops, and events.
• Clean areas after events and sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness of carpets, floors, restrooms, tables, chairs, windows, machines, and fixtures; dust, wax, polish surfaces.
• Remove snow and de-ice sidewalks as needed.
• Load/unload equipment and supplies as needed by casino.
• Notify maintenance manager of any fixtures or equipment needing repair.
• Document services and incidents on daily maintenance form.
• Report unresolved issues to supervisor.
• Attend department meetings, workshops, and training.
• Notify manager of customer complaints and assist in resolving them.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY:

Performs general and specialized custodial maintenance tasks throughout casino building and facilities. The custodial maintenance team shall work together to ensure cleanliness and functionality of the entirety of the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel premises.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist setting up equipment, tables, chairs, etc. for all bingo sessions, workshops, and special events.
• Clean applicable areas after bingo sessions, workshops, and special events.
• Work with custodial maintenance team to ensure cleanliness of all interior carpets, floors, restrooms, tables, chairs, windows, machines, glass doors, blinds, offices, entries, walls, and other interior fixtures. This will also include dusting, waxing, and polishing all inside vertical and horizontal surfaces including the outside of gaming machines and their bases.
• Remove snow and de-ice sidewalks and walkways as needed.
• Load/unload equipment and/or supplies as needed by casino.
• Submit written notification to facility maintenance manager of any fixture or equipment not working properly.
• Document all services, accidents or injuries, items needing repair, and tasks on daily maintenance form.
• Report all unresolved issues that occurred during shift to supervisor.
• Attend all department team meetings, workshops, and training sessions as delegated by manager.
• Immediately notify manager on duty or bingo manager of any complaints or concerns customers may have and bring manager to the customer to achieve positive resolution if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
• Professional conduct including good attendance and ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of custodial equipment and its uses preferred.
