Job summary

Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel in Worley, Idaho, is seeking a Cook/Cashier to deliver high-quality menu items and provide beverage service at Arrowhead Pizza. The role includes setting up, cooking with Wok and pizza ovens, handling cash, and maintaining clean, organized stations.

The position requires teamwork, the ability to multi-task, and good communication. A high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 19 are preferred; six months of cooking experience is desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Minimum of six months previous cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking with a Wok/Pizza oven preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, work, and tear down scheduled or assigned station and ensure daily production of that area.
• Utilize proper plating and cooking techniques for assigned task or station.
• Cross train to cover other venues as needed.
• Cook using a Wok & Pizza oven.
• Cashier with beer and wine service while working in Arrowhead Pizza.
• Organize and rotate stock in assigned station.
• Follow proper sanitation and food handling practices.
• Prepare menu items quickly, consistently, and efficiently.
• Assist in prepping items as needed.
• Coordinate, work with, and help fellow employees.
• Communicate with other cooks, chefs, and front of house staff in an effective manner.
