Greater Midland is seeking a Custodial Technician to perform routine cleaning and upkeep of facilities, following safety protocols and using standard equipment. The role includes responding to calls and emergencies and supporting daily facility operations.
The position requires 2 years of custodial experience, strong time management, and the ability to work independently or in a team to maintain high cleanliness standards. Weekend availability may be required.
Under the direction of the Custodial Lead and the Custodial Manager, the Custodial Technician is responsible for routine cleaning and upkeep of Greater Midland facilities. This person will be expected to perform routine and specialty cleaning tasks as well as scheduled facility setups, among other essential duties. They will be expected to utilize industry standard equipment and trained processes to achieve this. The Custodial Technician will also respond to calls and emergency requests as needed. The Custodial Lead must maintain high personal standards, adhere to, and carry out the Purpose and Values of Greater Midland.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, sit, climb, squat, kneel, bend, push and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and facility upkeep as needed to support the team and ensure cleanliness standards.
