Responsibilities

• Keep the restaurant clean and presentable at all times
• Sweep and mop floors
• Wipe down surfaces and maintain cleanliness
• Change trash and empty the outside dumpster
• Wash dishes and assist with deep cleaning
• Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned

Custodial Team Member Expectations:

Manage the following responsibilities:

• Keep the Kitchen areas clean and presentable at all times
• Sweep
• Mop
• Wipe down surfaces
• Change trashes and empty the cart into the outside dumpster
• Wash dishes
• Deep cleaning areas such as baseboards and walls
• Other cleaning responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age or above
• Prior experience in a cleaning or custodial position
• Consistency and reliability

• Able to multi-task

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
