Job summary

SOAR365 in Richmond, VA, seeks a Janitorial Crew Leader to guide daily custodial operations and mentor a dedicated team. You will help maintain clean, safe, welcoming environments for our customers and staff.

You will lead by example, assign tasks, monitor quality, and partner with management on improvements while performing custodial duties as needed. Experience in supervision is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a custodial crew
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to train staff and ensure safety and quality standards
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily janitorial crew, assign tasks, monitor performance and quality inspections
• Train employees, manage schedules and records, and coordinate supplies/equipment
• perform custodial duties as needed and support management with improvement initiatives
• Ensure safety compliance and contract requirements are met on every shift
