Job summary

TIGARD-TUALATIN SD 23J is seeking a Custodial Team Lead for the 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift in Tigard, Oregon. Immediate supervisor is the Custodial Night Manager.

The role includes leading custodial staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining clean facilities to provide a safe environment for students and staff. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of cleaning experience with leadership qualities, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid first aid card.
• Minimum of two years of cleaning experience and leadership qualities.
• Must hold a current Oregon or Washington Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial staff and coordinate with Custodial Manager/Supervisor or Day Specialist.
• Ensure safety guidelines and PPE are followed.
• Communicate issues/repairs to the Night Manager and Custodial Supervisor.
• Perform cleaning, floor care, painting, moving furniture, disinfecting, and general grounds tasks.
• Train new custodians and order/supply needs for the team.
• Maintain schedules and ensure punctual attendance.
