Utah State University’s Taggart Student Center Operations team is seeking a Custodial Team Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations and lead full-time and hourly staff. The role sets performance goals, organizes workflow, and ensures safety and quality standards.

The supervisor documents performance, coordinates with the Director, and manages scheduling and training for the team. Evening shift is required, with occasional weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of custodial experience with one year of supervision or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including occasional Saturdays and Sundays to provide leadership and respond to emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Oversees day-to-day custodial operations for the Taggart Student Center.
• Leads staff by hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, monitoring, and evaluating performance.
• Coordinates with Director and Business Services on budget and inventory control.
