Nawa Professional Services in Wyoming, MI is seeking a Custodial Team Lead for a full-time role. The position runs Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with a starting pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

You will supervise custodial staff, ensure quality standards, and coordinate supplies and schedule adherence across sites. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, reliable attendance, and flexibility to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Pass background check and drug screen (including THC).
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle to drive during shift.
• Schedule flexibility to cover earlier shifts.
• At least 1 year of custodial experience preferred.
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and team management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist custodial staff at all sites.
• Cover shifts and assist with routine cleaning as needed.
• Deliver and pick up supplies and equipment.
• Ensure quality standards are met at all job sites.
• Monitor and support clock-in/out compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Provide training and enforce company policies and safety practices.
• Communicate regularly with supervisor and regional manager regarding team progress and client satisfaction.
