Qualifications

• At least one year of professional custodial experience.
• At least one year of professional experience working with persons with disabilities.
• At least three years of supervisory experience over employees.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train seven OPS Custodial Workers and oversee duties for residential homes.
• Develop and update cleaning schedules for each home and coordinate weekly hours (Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.).
• Provide on-site training on cleaning products and equipment and monitor performance.
• Provide input on cleaning schedules for residential staff during off-duty periods.
• Complete required training and maintain timesheets and documentation.
