Job summary

LB&B Associates Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Working Custodial Supervisor for Mecklenburg County Courts on an evening shift. You will lead custodial staff, ensure cleaning standards, and support daily court operations.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 12:00 am. You will conduct inspections, manage supplies, lead weekly safety meetings, and train the team to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Bilingual English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years custodial supervisory experience required.
• Experience with marble polishing and maintenance, carpet care, and snow removal.
• Knowledge of recycling, HAZCOM waste handling, and waste removal.
• Expertise in floor maintenance, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and use of both automatic and manual floor machines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

• Conduct daily inspections to ensure all work specifications are met to the highest standards.
• Perform administrative duties, including completion of necessary forms and submittals.
• Manage and monitor custodial supplies during your shift.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for court staff and visitors.
