Job summary

Indiana Beverage is seeking a dependable Custodial Specialist to maintain a clean, safe, and professional workplace. This full-time evening-shift role covers Sundays 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Mondays through Thursdays 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with slight training adjustments.

You will clean offices, meeting rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and other facility spaces, working independently. Responsibilities include vacuuming, sanitizing, trash/recycling, floor care, and event setup support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability and willingness to work the listed schedule.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other facility areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Empty trash/recycling, restock supplies, maintain orderly work areas.
• Perform floor care incl. scrubbing, buffing, carpet spot treatment.
• Monitor custodial supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with meeting/event setup and teardown as needed.
