Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb stairs as needed.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to procedures to provide a safe working environment per OSHA, state/local, federal, and company regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment.
• Cleans and maintains multiple areas as assigned.
• Handles trash storage and disposal per procedures and transports to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders.
• Dusts and cleans high and low surfaces regularly.
• Completes daily paperwork.
• Cleans restrooms, kitchenette, and office areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Covers industrial cleaning including high dusting and exterior decks.

Essential Functions

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local, federal, and company regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment
• Properly cleans and maintains multiple areas as assigned
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Frequently removes dust and debris from high and low surfaces
• Completes any daily paperwork required
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
• Cleaning the restrooms, kitchenette, and office areas – sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Industrial cleaning to include high dusting and cleaning outside decks

Qualifications
