University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking custodial staff for routine cleaning across academic, residence, and dining facilities. Responsibilities include operating basic cleaning equipment and ensuring safe, clean environments for students and staff.

The position offers a $15.00/hr wage, regular hours, and a strong benefits package. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and proper equipment use, and eligibility for sign-on bonuses after probation and anniversary milestones.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and read chemical labels.
• Must pass pre-work screening and may need WI driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes basic equipment and supplies to clean assigned facility areas and remove waste.
• Maintains clean walkways free of debris, snow, and ice.
• Documents and reports repairs, violations, and pest control needs.
• Maintains organization of supply areas and equipment and requests additional supplies as needed.
• Monitors and secures facility entrances and reports issues as needed.
