Indiana University Indianapolis is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to schedule, assign, and monitor custodial/work setup teams, manage inventories, and serve as on-site trainer for cleaning procedures.

You will lead moving and setup tasks for conferences and events, arrange furniture, operate related equipment, and sometimes drive vehicles to move crews between sites. Requires minimum one year leadership plus high school diploma. IU offers comprehensive benefits.

• 1 year of work experience with demonstrated leadership skills required.
• Experience in custodial or moving/setup work may be considered.

• Schedules, assigns, and monitors custodial/moving staff.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and places orders to keep stock.
• Acts as on-site trainer to explain procedures and equipment use.
• Leads routine and non-routine work and reviews work orders.
• Arranges tables, chairs, and furniture; sets up PA systems.
• Operates vehicles to move mobile crews between sites; may drive trucks.
