Peckham, Inc. in Lansing, MI is seeking a Custodial Services Trainee (HOB) to perform general cleaning of restrooms, offices, classrooms and public areas.
You will attend New Hire Orientation and receive on-site training before placement, with shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm and placement changing as needed. Strong communication and reliability are valued; candidates must pass background checks and be at least 18.

The Custodial Services Trainee duties involve general custodial tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning of restrooms, public areas, classrooms, offices, and conference rooms. The ideal candidate isflexible, diligent, and a good communicator, who can receive feedback and resolve basic issues with the support of an on-site Supervisor or Crew Leader.Attending New Hire Orientation and receiving in-person training is required before being placed at a site. Placement site can change at any time based on contract requirements or the needs of the line of business.
