Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods; Repetitive motion.
May be exposed to loud noises, fumes, confined spaces, and/or temperature extremes while reviewing and/or traveling to/from various job sites.
Shift
8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday-Friday). Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors, emergencies, and/or crisis management requiring night(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response when necessary.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director for Facilities Management – Campus, the Custodial Services Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for custodial services across the University of Kentucky’s Lexington Campus and Medical Center. This role ensures that all assigned areas—including educational, research, and ambulatory facilities—are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
