Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory and training experience with custodial staff.
• Prefer experience in an educational environment.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate personnel to accomplish tasks.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer a master training program for all operations staff.
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleaning and safety standards are maintained.
• Provide supervisory oversight for all aspects of the department.
• Coordinate with principals and supervisors to uphold safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
