Responsibilities

• Develop and administer a master training program for all operations staff.
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleaning and safety standards are maintained.
• Provide training on scheduling, work orders, and customer service.
• Supervise custodians, night leads, and building managers.
• Respond to urgent situations and manage repairs via the online workflow.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and district policies.
